Sorry Ed, that's not enough info to give you an honest evaluation of the value of the gun. What options does the gun have? The ic/ic chokes give me question to the original barrel length. Get a letter from Cody and have the gun looked at by someone who KNOWS Smiths for a true appraisal. If the gun IS all original and is worth the $7500 to you then it is worth $7500 if it isn't then it is not.
