Bob, I dont think what you are speaking of is original but I would withhold conviction till I have seen a picture. May I suggest that you look this gun over real good, I have seen a good deal of specality grades with options that were desireable on a trap style gun . I feel that in the late 20s and into the 30s the factory sent salesemn to shoots with specality grades optioned out to spark a glint in a trapshooters eye just me opinion though
