    Can't help with the .410.
    If you do a lot of reloading the 16 ga. Society http://www.16ga.com/home/home.html and the 16 ga. Reloaders Group is the place to go. There are more loads for 16 ga. and in 2 1/2" than you can ever load.
    I believe it cost $40? for both and it is a one time fee. There are proven ballistics done by Tom Armbrust with the published data and most if not all are low pressure.
