Hello Joseph, YES, I can send you a copy of the contract with the caterer and the menu. We will be serving good fun, good fellowship, and very good food. This is the link to the website for the caterer --- http://www.blueridgecatering.net/ You can immediately see from just one quick look at the website for the caterer this is not wennies and beans. Another problem is that SUMMIT SPRINGS SHOOTING SPORTS is not in the middle of town so the catering service has added on a $100 travel fee, also known as a fuel surcharge, to bring the food and beverage service to the gun club. It will be hot in August in Virginia so we also have ice and cold drinks ordered for outside on the sporting clays course. There will be buckets of iced down cold drinks out on the trail going around the sporting clays course. You cannot have fun if you are not comfortable. Please send me your email address and I will send you some pictures of some of our previous side by side shooting events. If you are within 200 miles of Roanoke, Virginia you should sign up for the shoot and come on over for the day, we would love to have you shoot with us. Several members of THE VIRGINIA VINTAGERS are also members of THE L C SMITH COLLECTORS. It is not uncommon for us to have some very very nice L C Smiths show up on the firing line at our SXS shoots. Good Shooting To You, Jent
