If I could add my 2 cents worth of what I know about this. I reload Win. AA in both 7/8 oz and 1 oz using Winchesters WinLite powder. This information is from their site. 7/8 WAALit 12.6 Rem.209P WAA12l 1050fps 5,800 psi 7/8 WAALite 12.9 Win. 209 WAA12L 1050 5,400 This is just for the 7/8 oz load, and these are lower velocity and low pressure, compared to what some think are low pressure in the 9800 psi range. As far as having the barrels magnafluxed, this only shows the oudside condition of the barrels. As far as having them proofed, very expensive and a good possibility they might get destroyed and they double charge them to the highest of their level of proofing, probably better than 18,000 psi. Lower velocity would mean lower pressure, and the loads listed above would fall into that. There are also some in the 980 fps range and a psi of 4400, I believe Federal has some.
