    I have been using John Gillette at "CLassic Guns" in Crete , Ill. I have used his services for eight years without any problems. His charges are Very reasonable ($175.) if piece is dis-assembled and pre polished. At the moment, I have a Sterlingworth and a Parker to send to him. I know that John has a copy of the origional LC Smith engineering spec's. on each step that must be taken during color casing. FWIW, Ken
