In fairness to the real W. Richards, who have been in business since 1780, not all guns marked W. Richards are Belgian clunkers. They have been making many fine guns in Liverpool and are still in business. If you come across a gun marked W. Richards, Liverpool, check it for British proof marks and you might pick yourself up a great deal. Any business that can stay viable for that long while competitors trashed their name and reputation with cheap knock offs must be doing something right. Google the name and you'll find their website.
