    Larry: the Fulton guns were sold utility grade shotguns, like the Ithaca Lefever Nitro Special. A gun that late is very likely to have 2 3/4" chambers (but look on the FAQs for an easy way to measure them) and I'd be comfortable using modern 1 oz. shells. The Federal Game Shok 1 oz at 1165 fps seems to have less recoil than the Remington Game Load (which is 1200 fps.)
    You'll need to have the chokes measured to know the constriction. Likely M/F, and should make a sweet pheasant guns!
