Dan: unfortunately, there is NO conversion formula, because the LUP date used by CIP/England/Europe and the SAAMI data used in the US are derived using different testing systems Please see http://www.16ga.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3428 And BTW Larry Brown did all the hard work on that one. For low pressure loads, you'll be close adding 500. For high pressure and steel loads, there may be 1000-1500 psi difference.
