Just got my latest newsletter, another great issue! I noticed the Julia Auction advertisement. Of particular interest is the listing of their past Spring auction where there were several high grade L.C. Smith guns offered. In this advertisement, they show a "World Record" for a L.C. Smith and list the Deluxe grade as being sold for $38,000 or something along those lines. On Julia's website, they show that gun as selling for $138,000.00
Does anyone know which is correct? I would think the more expensive amount is correct as it is on their site, but I don't know. Anyone know?
I was hoping for more high grade Smiths to be offered in their Fall firearms auction, but as of yet, I see no listings...
