    From the serial number and lockplate engraving, it looks to be a Quality No. 3 made in 1893. The No. 3 was introduced by Hunter Arms in 1890 with damascus barrels. Nitro steel barrels were available starting in 1895. I'm unable to tell from your pics if those are damascus, but if Nitro steel they should be marked as such just forward of the barrel flats. The receiver may or may not have a '3' underneath the serial number, but it should be stamped on the receiver visible after removing the lockplates. The wood seems quite plain, however, for a Quality No. 3.
    It might be reasonable to remove the gun from auction until you can get a confirmation letter from Cody (infro is on the Home Page.)
