If his server crashed the company sure is taking a long time to restore their customers sites. This is not usually the case as they have BIG time money tied up in their servers and their customers depend on having their websites up and running to generate income, etc. I don't know if the server crashed or if there was an internal problem on the site.
If it's the server, and since it's taken this long and still not fixed, in todays market, this is not acceptable and I would be shopping for a different server provider. How we sure miss going to that site!
