    Hello all,

I have a problem with a Fulton Special 16ga sxs shotgun I was just given by my Dad. It is made by Hunter Arms and it is a hammerless type. I attempted to fire the gun but the firing pins don't seem to be strong enough to dent the primers on the shells I've tried. The shotgun cocks the hammers and the triggers pull is fine. I was told that the springs that are compressed when the hammers are cocked are not strong enough. Does anyone know the type of spring that is needed and how much tension they must be. Any Info would be great Thanks a bunch Rick
