For those of us who like to keep track of trivia about our Smith guns here's something I have in my files. A letter signed by H. McMurchy AS GENERAL MANAGER of Hunter Arms regarding a gun repair job dated Sept 1, 1914. McMurchy was also a professional Smith trap shooter and is pictured on page 268 (and mentioned on page 266) of John's book. However, he's mentioned on page 40 as L C Smith professional shootr & Salesman. Anyway, he was General Manager in 1914. Jim T
