Extractor model failing to extract.Archived Message

I have a field grade extractor model in the shop that will not lift the hulls out of the chambers. It just raises them a hair.There seems to nothing broken or even terribly worn looking. I thought it could be wear at the point on the receiver that bears against the pin coming out of the forearm. Is there a common reason for this to happen? The owner said it has happened over time. I searched past posts and was unable to find any information. Thanks in advance. Doug Greer
