I just received two letters and a ledger sheet on a 1908 3E and found that David Kennedy and Jessi Bennett to be very nice and accomodating in every way. As we know these ledgers are really hard to read & decipher, even by their experienced eye - ie: the letter P for Inspector means R.W. Mack etc. Notations are especially difficult to decipher ie: 6 guns *efish Co Indianapolis, Ind which is noted on one sheet. How to determine what these these markings (dates) you are discussing will take some imagination. Good luck!
