I am looking at a LC hammer gun 12 ga. It has bright bores, lots of blue and case. The stock has many scratches and the varnish has been pealed in places. The metal is so bright that it may have been refinished, but I am not sure. It could have spent most of its life in the corner of a closet getting the butt stock kicked and bumped. The barrels arm marked Royal Steel. It is missing one hammer screw. The folks bottom dollar is $1050. Is it worth my time? Thanks for any info.
