Hello Mike Harris and All, The Rod and Gun Club at Pocono Manor holds several large sporting clays shoots every year. Two of the shoots at Pocono Manor each year are pure SXS shoots. GROUSE HALL members attend this SXS shoot at Pocono Manor each year and count it as one of their VINTAGER EVENTS. The Rod and Gun Club at Pocono Manor is a wonderful place to shoot. It is a big big big place, you have to have a golf cart to get around the sporting clays course. I am planning on shooting this event again this year. I use to live in this area when I was flying with PAN AM out of JFK and LGA so I have some friends that I can stay with in the area. If you need a motel The Knights Inn is a good and cheap place to overnight. There are several other suitable motels in the area and some very expensive motels in the area. CAMELBACK MOUNTAIN is just a few miles away from Pocono Manor and there is a large water park there now so the place is busy busy busy year round with water sports, either frozen or liquid type.
