    Your serial number range for the receiver is 1911-1912, you didn't give the whole serial number. The barrels and forend are circa 1916 and London Steel was used on a Ideal Grade. Armor Steel was used on Field Grade guns.
    The answer to your question is no, the serial numbers should match from the stock, trigger plate, trigger guard, receiver, side plates, lever shaft, forend iron, forend wood.
    So someone fit these barrels to your gun.
    If the stock has to be replaced, there was one on ebay. Still might have to be fitted but a lot cheaper than having one made , checkered, and finished.
