Jim, I have a great "experience" with Bob Williams and his sons and their work. 3 weeks, door to door for re-barreling a customers 1892 Winchester AND the price was very reasonable. I asked Bob about the negative stuff here on the BBS, suffice it to say there are 2 sides to every coin. Further as Bob knows, Ken knows, and I know, all of us professional in the field, "Shit happens". It happened when I practiced medicine, it happens with the Chevy dealer working on my truck and it seems to happen to most folks who are truly honest about their work. Best, Dr. BILL
