    Loose action at hinge pin Archived Message

    I have a 1939 vintage Elsie Featherweight 16ga that is a little loose in the action at the hinge pin area. The locks up very tight with no slop and very tight on face. My question is: What can I expect a qualified gunsmith to do to tighten this area up, and what should I expect to spend?
