Vince, Both Briley and Teague would probably be very leery of doing much with already ruptured barrels. Both offer monoblocking for about the same price-1900-2000$. Briley gets their tubes from Italy and Teague uses a fine English firm. This is a subject(tubes/relining/monoblocking) that has piqued my personal interest and would be happy to discuss it with you.
