I want to thank everyone who took time to attend the shoot yesterday. You are the ones who made it so worthwhile and fun. Some will want to know some of the results. We had about thirty-three shooters and seven workers.Skip Dunlap set up a beautiful display of guns from his personal collection. Thanks Skip for your efforts. There were 42 rounds of skeet shot,28 rounds of sporting clays, and 39 rounds of five-stand shot in all.I heard of several scores in the forties being shot on the sporting clays course with John Swindles 45 maybe at the top of the pile. This was intended to be a relaxed fun shoot and from the laughter that rang through the woods I think it was.We are strongly thinking about having this shoot at the same place next year.Your comments are welcome.
