Clayton, I don't believe anyone can give you any information. You will have to post the serial number found on water tables of the receiver when you break the gun open, on the bottom of the barrels, or on the forend metal that rest near the barrels when together. Just remember to re-cock the gun before taking it apart. If you could post some pictures of the thing that looks like a "flower", I'm sure you will get some help. Other than that, there is not enough information to help anyone identifying your gun.
