They sent him a letter requesting to purchase the gun, he declined and the gun was repaired and returned with no charge and another request to buy the gun to be added to the factory collection ??? As far as condition I would guess it to be 85-90 % no rust no cracks, butt pad is old and hard. Thanks again...
