It all "depends"; the extra set could add as much as 50% to the value of a gun of the same grade but w/o the extra barrel set; however the devil is in the details. Those details would be such considerations as: the overall remaining original condition of the gun (case color, blue, mechanics, sound wood, after market alterations, etc), whether the barrels have been cut or damaged in any way, condition of the bores (pitting is always a negative) whether the additional set has its own and separate fore iron, barrel steel type (fluid steel or Damascus; generally, there is little demand for extra Damascus barrels), whether the extra barrels are of the same grade and steel type (i.e. the original barrels are Crown steel and the second set a lower grade such as Armour steel), the extra barrels are factory fitted and numbered to the gun as opposed to an aftermarket add on, whether the gun was originally shipped with two sets of barrels, or if the barrels were added by the gunworks years later, etc. As you can see, many of these assessments cannot be made by a novice (not that you are), but will require the judgement of an expert; as evaluation of condition, for instance, is subjective. Other things that will impact value are gauge, rarity, overall dimensions, weight, and collector demand. So as you can easily see, you have asked a question that cannot be answered here; but hopefully we have provided some insight that will assist you in your quest.
