Mike, you won't be able to inter change these stocks. The 12 ga. will be to large and the changes are great that the 16 ga or another 20 ga stock won't fit. These stocks were hand fitted. Even if you could find one that the action would fit into, there wouldn't be 100% bearing as it should be unless glassed and will probably break when fired. I would suggest you consider having a new stock made for it or sell it as is. The stock will cost more than the gun does if professionally done more than likely. There are others on this board that have had this work done AND can do it. You might ask others here about sources for this work and cost. FWIW, Ken
