    Townsend, It has been along time since I have worked on a Miller Trigger. In my experience all SST rely on a moving block to connect the trigger to the sear. If the rear tang is compressed the wood it changes the relationship of the sear to the trigger. My guess is that the right sear tail is a little lower than the left and when the block tries to move from left to right it hits the side of the sear. Try loosening the rear tang screw dry fire the gun (you may have to bump the butt plate so recoil can switch to the right side)If that works just shim the rear tang and re-tighten the screw, if not the gun will probably need disassembly to find the cause. The trigger should fire both barrel set on the left first.
