Some pictures of Ideal Grade with Hunter One-Trigger. Posted back about how trigger operated. Tom Martin emailed me and told me how the trigger worked, or how it was supposed to work. I had explained to Tom that the safety operated the selector of the barrels, he replied that it sounded to him as it someone replaced the Hunter One-Trigger with a Miller One Trigger because that is the way the Miller selector works. Also stated it should have Miller on the trigger housing. I didn't see anything on there. The only thing I can see there next to the trigger is an R, and a small slot to I guess where the selector used to be.
The trigger works like I said, pushing the safety forward, the right barrel fires, pulling the safety all the way back, the left barrel fires, center is safe. Also it is a manual safety like the book said it would be. Very interesting concept, you squeeze the trigger to fire, release it and hear a click, and squeeze it again and fire the other barrel.
By the way Tom I did get the forend off like you said. Found a problem, the webbing in between the barrels is loose near the lug, and the lug moves slightly, pushing the webbing down, the lug will not move. So I will have to get that re-soldered. Also the screw that goes through the roller release was not tight, tightened it and now the forend will come off easier.
