Several years ago I traded for an LC Smith 12 ga Monogram Mfg by the Hunter Arms Corp. It has all the engraving described as a monogram should have. The condition is near mint. The Stock & forend is very shiny like it might have been refinished. Can anyone advise me as to the finish that the original LC Smith firearms had.
