Bryan, value is a tough question, especially sight unseen/un-handled. Suggest using the Blue Book of Gun values as a starting poin and then goin to the auction sites,i.e. Gunsamerica.com, Gun Broker, etc. Finally look at what the various dealers are asking for similar guns in similar condition. Remember insurance companies, even the NRA recommended ones, are LOATHE!!! to pay what it costs to replace an antique gun. I deal with them every huricaine cycle and believe me you'd swear that the money was being taken from the adjustor's kids lunch money! Good luck, BILL
