Andrew, on a stock that I know that is untouched on a 1919 Regular frame. It is 13 7/8" from the center of the front trigger to the end of the wood.
Also the holes for the buttplate are 2 23/32" from center to center, and the wood measures a hair over 5" in length and 1 9/16" in width.

Glazans carries two different thicknesses (.282 & .370) of buttplates, but the hole spacing are the same, 2 23/32". A little pricey, and you still have to do the hand work to make them fit.

Brownell's carries universal buttplates that look the same, are 7/16" thick and the screw holes are 2 3/4" apart (1/32" greater, but only 1/64" difference between centers.) That is for the medium, glossy. You could also buy them undrilled (blank( for the same price. The medium size would be big enough to fit, you would still have to hand fit to your gun.
