    David,

    You can use any photo hosting website you choose, I use imagestation but photobucket will work as well. Once you get the image you want uploaded to the photo hosting website, go to the image and right click on it, scroll down to the bottom of the window that pops up and choose "Properties". About midway down the new window will be an address that starts out with "http://". Highlight the whole thing and then right click again on the highlighted section. Scroll down to "Copy" and left click. Paste that info in the "Optional Image URL" line below the post. Make sure that http:// doesn't appear twice. When you preview the post you should see the image.
