Dear Revdocdrew. The Crown Edition (Trade)will start shipping the day after Christmas the 26-27-28-29th of Dec. so unfortunately will not be in your Xmas stocking,but should start arriving around New Years. The Deluxe Edition (Leatherbound) will start shipping the week of Jan.15th. We are doing the best we can. Thanks for your kind note.
