I have been given a L C Smith Field grade shotgun but I can not find a serial number on it. Also it has the name Winchester on the butt plate, I assume that this was put on after something happened to the orignal. The gun itself is in great good condition. Anything anyone knows about this gun would be very helpful. Thank you.
