It has been my experience that the "compression" function of a digital camera tends to enhance/magnify/"gloryify" colors, particularly case color. This is, IMO, particularly so when compared to slow film, either slide or negative, used on a cloudy day. I do not know a way around it to "fool" the digital camera program. Does anyone???
