Advice from the experts here. My 474xx serial field grade fw12 is missing a trigger guard and right hand sidelock.

If I’m able to find these parts, say on eBay, that are close in manufacturing year - are they likely to fit? How exacting was LC manufacturing between these firearms? I don’t mind minor smithing and metal work.
