Unfortunately that SN is part of a series that was lost, but it was likely made between the introduction of the No. 00 (lowest) grade in 1898 and 1900
I applaud your enthusiasm, but the cost of replacing the needed parts will likely exceed the value of the restored gun; and restoring a Smith requires significant gunsmithing expertise.
The barrels, if usable, have some value.
There are Smith parts on ebay - you will need Regular frame locks.
