There is a Syracuse F grade hammer gun up for auction Made between 1884-1887 is up for auction. What is the side bar or bar action or Baker joint check or barrel stop that this gun has? It has damacus barrels and says stub twist on barrels. 32 inch barrels and 3 inch chambers. The auction house says it might fetch $2500-$5000. What is it really worth? Can you really shoot something this old? Does anyone own something like this and do they shoot it. Thanks for any response.
