I have a 10 bore Elsie from 1884-5. It is currently having its barrels black & white blued. In the meantime, I am preparing to load some 10-gauge shells to use in it, but have come across loading recipes for 2 3/4", 2 7/8", 3 1/2". Since I can't access the barrels right now, do you know if the chambers would most likely be 2 3/4" or 2 7/8" during this 1884-1885 timeframe? Thanks -Doug
