The 16g is on a Featherweight frame and should be marked Field on the top of the R barrel. It was manufactured in 1921 and would have 2 9/16" chambers.
The 12g is a Regular frame No. 00 made in 1911, with 2 3/4" chambers.

Of course both guns need to be evaluated by a qualified doubles gunsmith before use. The smith can measure the chokes and confirm the chamber lengths.
