What a wonderful gun, and I think you got a very good deal on it at that price. I would certainly have paid that for it, if not a bit more.

I certainly get the current trend for long barreled guns, and I think it has made guns like the one pictured great buys. I like long barreled guns for shooting prairie birds, but a 26 inch gun is pretty sweet in the grouse woods.

The engraving pattern on Crown grades (and No. 5's) is, in my opinion about as good as it gets.

If anyone wants to get rid of a gun like the one pictured, just let me know.
