On my FWE Ideal 12ga, 1928 vintage.
I have shot it a few times and it worked flawlessly.
I haven't had this gun only a few months and have it broken down for cleaning with side plates off.
However, I noticed that the cocking levers that engage the forearm do not rotate up to the same level. The right leaver rotates up to the top of the milled-out area in the receiver, but the left lacks about 0.080" before reaching the same rotation.
They both rotate down to the same level. I can't see any definite interference on either end. There is no binding and both make clean stops
Both pics have the levers full up
I would like to know if this is normal.
Hope this makes sense as I may not have the proper nomenclature.
