An FYI for your security, I use Xfinity email which used to be Comcast and that is what was hacked into. Talking with an agent because I could not get email after I had to reset my password, the first agent I talked with tried a few things and they didn't work. He told me that his team would look at the problem and send me a text in about an hour. Received the text asking me if my issue was resolved, it wasn't, he then connected me to their advanced team and a gentleman asked me a few questions and then asked if I was using another email and I said no. He then said he will delete this email address and I asked him how he knew that. This is for Xfinity emails for those that have it and I'm sure other emails have this also, go to the top bar of Xfinity, at the far right is what looks like a gear, it will turn blue when you put the arrow on it and it will state "settings", open it to Email Settings, on the drop down for Mail go to Auto Forward and it will have a box and unless you picked another email address to send mail to, it should be blank. That is the reason I didn't get any emails for 3 days even though I changed my passwork right away. The email was jdavidw01@outlook.com. This is what the hacker used to have my mail sent to him or a path for him to access information.. luckily I don't have any contacts that have to do with banking although the passwords are different but I do it directly. Like I stated that is for Xfinity but I'm sure in your email settings you have something very similar. Delete any email address you do not recognize. Sorry for this long post but I thought it important for our members to know.
