16g full choke was .629", but pre-1913 guns may have a choke constriction as much as .040" (12g standard full)
16g chambers were 2 9/16" into the late 30s
Hunter Arms (nor any other U.S. maker to my knowledge, and I've looked) never published standard wall thickness. And it is more complicated with small gauge guns as some were purposefully made to light weights.
These would be typical lower numbers
End of chamber - .100" - .105”
Forcing cone - .100”
9” from breech - .045”
9” from muzzle - .025”
Factory original light weight 20 and 16 gauge guns may however have a wall thickness of as low as .090” at the end of the chamber; and .020” in the distal third of the barrel, making it critical to use loads that match the ballistics of shells originally intended for use in the gun.
