Very good recipe from Moira Tidball in the LC Smith Journal. I'll have to check out the wildharvesttable.com. I made it last night. I didn't have any quail as they are hard to come by in Ohio, so I substituted pheasant breasts. I didn't have any of my favorite yellow grits, and I can't stand what they call grits here in Ohio, so I used brown rice. Turned out great. Thanks!
