From an iphone, go to your saved pics & at the top, there should be a 'select' icon, check off the pics you want transferred (or do one at time)
Then, at the bottom of your message entry, there's an 'upload image', hit that & a separate window will pop-up & you can begin adding your pics.
From there, you just 'add' your pics to your post.
Hope I got this right, as my computer skills are also marginal at best :o)

You can also use a 'picture hosting' site!
You need to sign-up to begin.
I use imgur: https://imgur.com/
Once you've loaded your pics on imgur, there are several options for posting pics on message boards. Copy, then paste them directly on your post or cut & paste a direct link, where peeps have to click on the link to veiw your pics.
