I found this particular LCS for sale and it was stamped as a WILD FOWL. After sending the info to Jim Stubbendieck I found out that it was not recorded in the ledgers as a LRWF. The stamping on the barrel lug did not look right and it was made in 1921.. Still, I liked the looks and did some more digging and found out that it was restored at some point and I even found a letter from the Cody Firearms Research department which I have attached. The letter states it is a Specialty "E Grade" with a Trap Package. I have never heard the "E Grade" terminology before and wondered if that term was just the researchers writing and that the "E grade" simply meant it was an ejector gun? (RE41553).
