I have a beautiful field grade 12g double that I have owned for several years, but I have yet to shoot. Even though I have been reloading for 35 years, I just recently picked up a lee loadall for 12 gauge, specifically to load lighter pressure shells into this vintage gun, as I have read in the past about being careful firing modern ammo through them. I have swiftly discovered that my reloading knowledge isn't really helpful as reloading data I have found is quite different for shotshells. I have many clay shells for reloading, as well as #4 birdshot and 700x powder. I would like some knowledge from the group on info, such as max pressures this gun can safely handle as well as load weights, etc. Thanks heaps!
