I recently found and purchased an LCS Long Range that had the barrels shortened sometime in the past to about 22 inches. The pawn shop price was right ($100) as the stock, receiver, and forearm are in very good shape. The original configuration stated the length of the barrels as 32 inches and has extractors. I have searched for about 3 months and finally found a set of 32 inch barrels with 3 inch chambers and Long Range on the bottom of the lug, the barrels appear to be in fairly good shape inside and out. This set of barrels has ejectors and the forearm to go with it. I am limited in my knowledge of all the things that are required to fitting a new set of barrels. My question is... other than having a knowledgable gunsmith fit the new barrels to the receiver will I have any issues with using these barrels? Will using the barrels with ejectors cause any problems? If you think this process based on your collective experience would be to cost prohibitive please let me know. The asking price for the barrels are $200. I have several other Long Range firearms that are in great original shape, but this is my first "rescue".
Thanks

PS. I searched the forum and have found several highly recommended gunsmiths that I will be calling after I receive some input from you!
